Employer Retention Tax Credit – Do I qualify?

Are you interested in finding out if you qualify for additional COVID relief from payroll for the years 2020-2021? TaxesPlus has worked with clients to amend client payroll returns to receive over $878,000 to date in additional refunds from the IRS. However, there is a deadline to filing an amended payroll return with the first deadline of July 31st, 2023  – after that the IRS will not accept amendments for Q2 of 2020 which most people were impacted.

The amendment process starts with this first set of questions that we’ll determine if you’re eligible:

  • Please note your information is confidential as we abide by the IRS ethical standard of Circular 230. There is a no cost or obligation to be pre qualified. By submitting this form, you agree for a TaxesPlus team member to contact you and discuss details that you’ve provided so that we can determine the next steps and potential refunds (if any). This submission is not a guarantee that we will be able to engage with every client, but rather the start of a conversation to see if we can assist and benefit qualified business owners. The IRS turnaround we have seen is around 8 months or so far before they issue refund checks directly to the business taxpayer.
